Our process for repairing a Windows operating system or removing viruses and spyware typically requires a full day of work. Due to the cost and time constraints of on-site service calls, we often find it more practical to perform software work in-shop. However, we understand that some individuals may have difficulty bringing their computer to a location. To accommodate these circumstances, we offer a pickup and drop-off service where we will collect the computer from your home or business, repair it in our shop, and return it to you once the work is completed. Please note that this service fee does not include the cost of repairing the system issue.
